Insta Open
In short: Insta Open doesn't collect, store or send anything. It finds the image you clicked and opens it in a new tab.
What is stored
- Nothing.
It is stored on your own device, and removing the extension removes it.
What leaves your device
Nothing. The image opens straight from Instagram in a new tab; Insta Open has no server.
What is never done
- No personal data is collected, sold or shared.
- No analytics, tracking, advertising or crash reporting.
- No server run by me ever receives your data.
Permissions, and why
- Access to instagram.com
- To notice a Ctrl + Click on an image and find its full-size address.
- activeTab, scripting
- To act on the Instagram tab you are using, only when you use the shortcut.
Changes
If this ever changes, this page will be updated first, with a new date at the top.
