Go to instagram.com
Insta Open only runs on Instagram, and only when you use the shortcut.

Ctrl + Click an image
Use Cmd + Click on a Mac.

Get the full-size image
It opens at full resolution in a new tab, ready to view or save.
Common questions
Nothing happens when I click.
Make sure you are holding Ctrl (Cmd on a Mac) while clicking, and reload any Instagram tab that was open before you installed the extension.
It stopped working on some posts.
Instagram changes its page layout from time to time. Please report it with a link to the post, and it will be fixed.
Does it download images?
No. It opens the full-size image in a new tab; from there you can save it the usual way.
Didn't find it?
"Report a problem" opens an email with the version filled in. Say what happened and, if you can, how to make it happen again.
